Hassle-Free Returns Policy We unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 45 days from the receipt of shipment (Does Not Apply To Closeout items). If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused or defective merchandise FREE, for a prompt refund; the only exception is personalized or custom made items, food items, and lip balm. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA otherwise additional fees will be assessed RMA's can be can be issued by Customer Service either by email or by phone Hemp.com will pay all UPS return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS label to return the items to us. You can return unused items sold by Hemp.com for 45 days from the receipt of shipment. All items must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in the original box (Offer Does Not Apply To Closeout items). Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the item and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping charges. Your credit will appear after Hemp.com has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
